Grace Hager ’15
Grace Hager is a still life painter living and working in shoreline Connecticut. In 2015, she received her BFA in Painting with a Minor in Art History from MECA. She works from observation of assembled still life composed of collected objects, found textiles, houseplants, cut flowers, or other natural subjects brought into the studio from outdoors. Her work combines a love of color and pattern with a strong connection to Nature as a source of balance, knowledge, and contemplation. Her paintings are oil on wooden panel, signed and dated on the reverse, and come ready to hang with a wire.
