My father was a silversmith and I always wanted to be just like him. He became very ill when I was young and it only made my desire to emulate him stronger. The memories I have of my father are precious and when I make jewelry, I want to make something equally precious. I am inspired by the preservation of simple moments. The gifting of a flower, early morning rain, or a child finding the most perfect rock in the grass. Those are the moments that I hope to encapsulate in each piece of my jewelry.
