Have you ever wanted to create a comic, but just did not know where to start? Then this MECA&D holiday kit by MAT graduate Mattea Weinberg is for you! In this kit, students will receive three video lessons: one focused on learning how to storyboard, another video consisting of “panels vs. pages” along with layout and composition, and the final video exploring camera angles, line weight, and some more goodies! You will also get a video on how to create a simple zine, perfect for creating a short comic and distributing them to your friends and family!
Supplies Included in Kit: Watercolor Sketchbook, 3 Micron Pens, India Ink, Paintbrush, White Jelly Roll Pen, Nib Holder, 3 Pen Nibs
In your kit, you will receive all the supplies to complete at least one full art project (with a few extras in case you need a few practice attempts). You will also receive a passcode along with detailed instructions for accessing your instructional video.
Recommended for ages 12 & beyond.
